HOUSE GZ

In Santa Croce neighborhood of Florence, the studio was in charge of the renovation of this apartment for a young family. The house is located on the ground floor of a 19th-century building.

At the beginning, the project required a long and complex phase of renovation, to then proceed with the redistribution and design of the new interior spaces, through to the implementation of furniture and selection of all the involved finishes. The rooms of the house are organized around an interior garden, included in the design too, which is full of plants and set up for various activities.

The entire house is conceived as a neutral and bright box, equipped with furnishings that work as devices in the space, both through the inclusion of new functions and the variety of their finishes. It is an interior with eclectic taste, playing on the continuous juxtaposition of colors and textures.
